56517Previously, it was stated that Solikhon Mahkamovich Ortikhojayev, known as Solikhon domla on social media, was detained for 15 days. Now, the circumstances surrounding his arrest have come to light. The press service of the Tashkent city court provided details to QALAMPIR.UZ.
Reports indicate that Solikhon Ortiqkhojayev's arrest stems from an incident on March 30 of this year. Allegedly, during a search at Ortiqkhojayev's residence conducted by officers from the Sergeli District Internal Affairs Coordination Department and the State Security Service, he displayed a confrontational demeanor, loudly proclaiming his innocence and refusing to surrender his phone as requested by the officers. This behavior disrupted the peace of bystanders. At a court hearing on March 30, held at the Sergeli district court in Tashkent, Ortiqkhojayev partially admitted to the charges but denied shouting. He appealed for leniency from the court.
As per the court's ruling, Solikhon Ortiqkhojayev was found guilty under Article 183 and Article 194, Part 1 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility of Uzbekistan. He received a 15-day administrative detention under Article 183 and a fine of 1 times the amount, totaling 340,000 soums, under Article 194, Part 1. Additionally, he will be charged 15 percent of the base calculation amount, i.e., 765,000 soums, for each day of administrative detention, benefiting the special reception for administratively detained individuals in Tashkent city HDIA after serving the sentence.
