Is Mirzayeva also “in prison?"  The journalist has suddenly disappeared

Earlier, on 27 January this year, we reported that the director of the “Human” information portal, Khurshid Daliyev, the editor-in-chief of the site, Muslim Mirzajonov, and other employees of the site were taken away by a group of people who introduced themselves as “organ employees.”  After that, journalists and bloggers started putting alarming posts on social networks about the fact that they could not contact the former head of the press service of the Ministry of Employment and Labor Relations, Mahvuda Mirzayeva, and she had not been in contact with anyone for two days.

QALAMPIR.UZ contacted Shahrukh Ghiyosov, Press Secretary of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, in order to clarify the situation.  He said that this is not the work of the Department of Internal Affairs, so he does not have any information regarding the situation.

Activists of the network say that Mirzayeva was also arrested as part of the “Kompromat case”, so she may be currently being investigated in an investigative detention center of the State Security Service.

However, there is no official information about this on the single Telegram social network page of the State Security Service.

Also, the Agency for Information and Mass Communications, as well as the Public Fund for Support and Development of the National Mass Media, have yet to respond to the situation.
