A well was dug in Nepal in the name of the deceased Shuhrat Qayumov

A well was built and commissioned in Nepal in the name of Shuhrat Kayumov, a well-known singer and artist who served in Uzbekistan along with his wife Umida Kayumova.

Images of Nepalese people taking water from a well and blessing the Uzbek singer were spread on social networks.

It should be noted that Shuhrat Qayumov, a distinguished artist of Uzbekistan, died in September 2020.  However, the Ministry of Culture, that reported on this, did not disclose the cause of his death.

For information, the famous singer was born in 1969 in Osh, Kyrgyzstan.  In 1991, he graduated from the State Art Institute of Uzbekistan.

For many years, he prepared programs such as “Assalom Uzbekistan” and “Ohangrabo” on the “Uzbekistan” television and radio channel.

He was also a singer who was able to gain people’s respect with his many songs.  His songs such as “Ganimatim Anajon”, “Siz Oshamu?”, “I tell you my tongue, I tell you my tongue”, “Family”, “Nothing without you”, “Bu Hayat” are famous.

In addition, Nepal is an arid area of land between India and China, and its people have been suffering from water scarcity for many years.
