Earlier, we reported the death of a 6th-grade student from School 259 in the Yunusabad district. Subsequently, the Preschool and School Education Department of Tashkent city confirmed this. During a physical education class, M.S., born on March 23, 2011, lost consciousness after being struck by a ball in the chest. Despite emergency medical treatment by doctors, he passed away.
Hayat Shamsutdinov, the press secretary of the Prosecutor General's Office, stated that a criminal case has been initiated in connection with this incident.
"On February 19, the Yunusabad district prosecutor's office of Tashkent city initiated a criminal case under Article 116 of the Civil Code (failure to properly perform one's duties in connection with the profession), Part 3. Investigations are currently underway," the report confirmed.
