In connection with the tender for 1.4 billion soums, a case was initiated against the Center for Spirituality

A case has been initiated against the Republican Center for Spirituality and Enlightenment. This was reported by the Committee for the Development of Competition and Protection of Consumer Rights.

Earlier, critical appeals were made by the Republican Center for Spirituality and Enlightenment through social networks regarding the competitive bidding for the creation of the website and mobile application "qadriyatim.uz," "tanlov.manaviyat.uz," and the official web portal of the center, with an initial cost of more than 1.4 billion soums.

To promptly address this situation, the Committee for the Development of Competition and Protection of Consumer Rights conducted a study on competitive bidding.

"According to the results of the study, a case was initiated against the Republican Center for Spirituality and Enlightenment due to signs of non-compliance with the requirements of Article 29 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan 'On Competition,' and it will be considered in the prescribed manner. Additional information about the outcome will be provided," the report stated.

It should be noted that "Ipotekabank" was also fined for false advertising. Additionally, it was reported that the "Korzinka" supermarket chain will pay a fine.
