Ulugbek Rashitov and Zaynab Dayibekova will be the flag bearer of the delegation of Uzbekistan at the opening ceremony of the Islamic Solidarity Games, which will be held in Konya city of Turkey. This was reported by the press service under the National Olympic Committee.

On 9 August, the opening ceremony of the 5th Islamic Solidarity Games will be held in Konya, Turkey.

The delegation of Uzbekistan will be led by the Olympic champion of Tokyo in taekwondo Ulugbek Rashitov and fencer Zaynab Dayibekova.

The opening ceremony of the 5th Islamic Solidarity Games will begin on 9 August at 22:00pm Tashkent time.

For reference 9-18 August in Konya Turkey V Islamic Unity Games will be held.
