It was discovered that 83 trees were cut down in the Koshkopir district of the Khorezm region. This was reported by the Department of Ecology of the Khorezm region.
It is noted that studies have been conducted in connection with the video message circulated on social networks under the title "More than 100 trees have been cut down in Koshkopir district".

In the course of this research, it was found that 83, cypress trees of various sizes were uprooted and 3 trees were damaged in the territory of the Rasulbek farm in the district.

Currently, documents are being formalized to take legal action regarding the situation

Earlier, it was reported that a criminal case was initiated by the prosecutor's office of the Surkhandarya region in connection with the illegal felling of 51 trees in the Boysun district of the Surkhandarya region.
