The individuals responsible for the theft of fuel and lubricants worth 214 million soums have been identified in Khorezm, as reported by the Department under the General Prosecutor's Office.
The investigation by the Khorezm regional department revealed that former senior operators of the fuel distribution station for farmers (FYOTSH) belonging to LLC A.A. and D.E. misappropriated fuel and lubricants totaling 214 million soums intended for sale to farms.
Following this discovery, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 167 of the Criminal Code (embezzlement or theft by deception), and investigations are underway, according to the report.
Additionally, it has been uncovered that a farm in Khorezm illegally utilized gas valued at 3.3 billion soums.
