An internationally wanted pimp from Uzbekistan is apprehended

A woman from Uzbekistan, who is wanted internationally on suspicion of the crime of human trafficking, was transported from Muscat to Tashkent. This information was reported by the National Central Bureau of Interpol in Uzbekistan.
It is worth noting that the Uzbekistan citizen, wanted internationally by the Sultanate of Oman for the crime of human trafficking, was handed over to the employees of the Interpol National Central Bureau of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The wanted woman had conspired with a group of individuals in 2022 to lure young girls abroad with the promise of well-paid jobs and a beautiful life in the UAE and Oman. Once there, she and her accomplices confiscated the victims' passports and coerced them into prostitution.
The arrest of the criminal and her subsequent extradition to Uzbekistan were made possible through the cooperation between the bureaus of Tashkent and the Central Interpol National Center, along with the swift exchange of information.
