7415Starting from March 1, 2025, pensions will be automatically assigned to citizens who have reached retirement age, without requiring any documents or a citizen's appeal. This was reported by the Pension Fund.
It is noted that all information about a citizen's identity is obtained from the electronic databases of ministries and agencies. Through the active introduction of information technologies into the pension system, the services provided to citizens are gradually being transferred to an interactive and proactive form.
Citizens have also been given the right to apply for a pension additionally by visiting the State Services Center or online through the Unified Interactive State Services Portal.
By this:
- First, citizens are not required to apply to the regional branch of the Pension Fund to collect additional documents for the appointment of a pension.
- Secondly, when a decision is made to grant a pension to a citizen who has reached retirement age within the framework of the requirements established by law, information about the "appointment of the pension and its amount" will be sent to their phone number.
Also, citizens who wish to continue working without retirement or who are dissatisfied with the amount of the pension are given the right to reject the automatically assigned pension.
It is reported that if a citizen is dissatisfied with the appointment of a pension, the amount of the pension, or the rejection of the appointment of a pension, they may apply to the district (city) branch of the Pension Fund in the appropriate manner.
