Shokhrukh Boltayev appointed as new governor of Karmana district

Shokhrukh Shavkatovich Boltayev has been appointed as the new governor of Karmana district, according to the press service of the Navoi regional administration.
The appointment was announced during an extraordinary 15th session of the Karmana District Council of People’s Deputies, held with the participation of the regional hokim Normat Tursunov. As stated, Shokhrukh Boltayev has officially taken office as the new head of the district.
Prior to this appointment, Boltayev served as the deputy governor of Karmana district for construction, accessible environment development, communications, public utilities, ecology, and landscaping issues.
As a reminder, earlier, a new hokim was also appointed to replace the mayor of Namangan, who was previously detained with 60,000 dollars in his possession.
