The Matiz, which was abducted in the city of Qoqon, Fergana region, was found in a dilapidated state. This information was relayed by the regional DIA information service.
On February 23, the Matiz belonging to a resident of Buvayda district was stolen from a café on Turon Street in Qoqon city. During the investigation, it was determined that 19-year-old L.T., a resident of Uzbekistan district, was responsible for the crime, and the suspect was subsequently apprehended.
A criminal case has been initiated under Article 267 (vehicle theft) of the Criminal Code in relation to this incident.
The message advises, "Dear citizens, refrain from leaving your car keys in the vehicle cabin."
