Shuhrat Dauletiyarov was appointed to the position of Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan for issues of construction, communications, communal economy, ecology and greening. This was reported by the Information Agency of Uzbekistan.
Before that, he worked as the head of capital construction and repair department. He also worked in the branch of the Accounts Chamber of the Republic of Uzbekistan for monitoring and controlling the implementation of investment projects involving strategic enterprises.
