Karakalpakstan appoints a new minister of construction and housing, and communal economy

Kabilbek Bakhitbekovich Aytbayev was appointed the new Minister of Construction and Housing and Communal Economy for the Republic of Karakalpakstan. The Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Economy of Uzbekistan announced the appointment on September 24.
Aytbayev's appointment was made under an order from Sherzod Khidoyatov, Uzbekistan's acting Minister of Construction and Housing and Communal Economy.
Before this role, Aytbayev served as the head of the Secretariat of the Council of Ministers of Karakalpakstan for capital construction and communication issues and as the deputy mayor of Nukus, focusing on construction, communications, communal economy, ecology, and greening matters.
