According to the Bureau, citizen A.J. took out a loan from the bank but failed to repay it on time. As a result, the Fergana Interdistrict Court for Civil Affairs issued a writ of execution for the seizure of the Cobalt car, which was under the debtor's control. The Margilan city department of the Bureau received this writ on November 14 of last year, and enforcement proceedings were promptly initiated. During these actions, a ban was placed on the vehicle.
However, when the state bailiff from the department visited the address listed in the writ and conducted multiple inspections, it was discovered that the car was missing. A search was launched, and the car was later found in a damaged condition at the "Istiqlol" neighborhood penalty area in the Dangara district. Investigations revealed that the car had been involved in an accident.
The car was seized by the state enforcement officer and is currently being auctioned.
