8993The Cobalt car belonging to a son-in-law who took out a loan in his mother-in-law's name and failed to repay it was seized and impounded in the Bulakbashi district of Andijan region, as reported by the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement.
It was revealed that the son-in-law, identified as B.J., had obtained multiple loans from a bank using his mother-in-law M.Kh.'s name and subsequently failed to make the necessary payments. Consequently, the mother-in-law was compelled to cover the loan payments herself. Following this, the mother-in-law sought legal recourse, petitioning the court for the reimbursement of the funds she had paid. The Bulakbashi district department of the Bureau initiated enforcement proceedings to execute the court's order, issuing warnings to the parties involved. Despite these warnings, the Cobalt vehicle registered under the debtor B.J. was seized due to the outstanding debt.
According to the executive order issued by the Khojaabad Inter-District Civil Court, B.J. was ordered to compensate the plaintiff, M.Kh., with 10 million sums in damages, which have since been fully recovered. Additionally, the debtor was fined 1 million 700 sums for hindering enforcement actions during the car's registration process.
It is worth noting that a prior report mentioned that all fines imposed on the groom in Andijan city of Andijan region were paid by his father-in-law.
