A leader in Kashkadarya was arrested after receiving 350 million soums for a land transfer. Fraud cases involving land sales were uncovered in Kashkadarya and Navoi regions, as reported by the Department under the General Prosecutor's Office.

The quick operation, conducted by the Qamashi district department in collaboration with the Safety Service of the State and the Department of Internal Affairs employees, led to the apprehension of "G.S.," head of the farm S. Ch., who received 350 million soums for transferring 57 hectares of pasture land from his private enterprise to K.B. with the assistance of acquaintances.

Furthermore, R.Kh., a legal consultant in the unified directorate for managing small and youth industrial zones in Navoi region, was caught receiving 93 million soums in exchange for favoring citizen J.R., a previously convicted individual, in purchasing 2.1 hectares of land at a reduced price through the electronic platform "E-auction" and registering it in his name in the "Yangiariq" neighborhood of Karmana district.

In Karshi district, citizen N.Kh. was apprehended with evidence after receiving 35 million soums for legalizing 6 hectares of reserve land in the "Kat" neighborhood area to M.A. purportedly with the assistance of acquaintances employed in cadastral and tax offices. Criminal cases have been initiated under relevant articles of the Criminal Code, and investigations are ongoing.

Earlier, in Oqqurgon district of Tashkent region, individuals who acquired a significant sum from entrepreneurs and purchased four cars with the proceeds were identified.
