Three residents freed after elevator malfunction in Kashkadarya

On May 12, residents of a multi-story building in Karshi city, Kashkadarya region, found themselves trapped inside a malfunctioning elevator, according to the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
The Emergency Situations Department received a distress call regarding an elevator failure in a multi-story residential building in the “Tabassum” neighborhood. Reports confirmed that three people were trapped inside and required immediate assistance.
Upon receiving the alert, emergency rescue teams quickly arrived at the scene and successfully freed all trapped individuals unharmed.
Previously, in Mirzo Ulugbek district, Tashkent, an elevator failure resulted in a mother and child being stuck inside until rescue personnel intervened.
