Fatal collision between Labo and Mercedes-Benz in Kashkadarya claims two lives

A tragic road accident occurred in the Guzor district of the Kashkadarya region, resulting in the death of two people.
The incident took place on October 7 at 14:20 on the 25th kilometer of the 4R-79 Karshi-Chim-Chirakchi-Shahrisabz highway, near the "Qoratikan" neighborhood, according to the press service of the Regional Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications.
The accident happened when B.T., driving a Mercedes-Benz in the direction of Chim-Karshi, collided with a Labo vehicle driven by K.S., which was coming from the opposite direction. Unfortunately, two passengers in the Labo vehicle died on the spot as a result of the collision.
A criminal case has been initiated under part 3 of Article 266 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and investigations are currently ongoing.
This incident follows another fatal traffic accident reported earlier in the Pastdargom district of Samarkand region, where a collision between a truck and a "Jiguli" resulted in the death of the driver.
