Isuzu hits a herd of sheep in Kashkadarya

An Isuzu vehicle struck a herd of 95 sheep in the Kashkadarya region yesterday, November 17. The Regional Traffic Safety Department's press service reported the incident.

The accident occurred at 5:00 AM on the 105th kilometer of the A-378 Guzor-Samarkand highway, within the Kokdala district. The Isuzu vehicle, driven by A.S., a resident of the Surkhandarya region, collided with the sheep belonging to Q.Q., a resident of Guzor district. Tragically, all 95 sheep perished in the incident.

Authorities from the Kokdala District Department of Internal Affairs are investigating the case.

It is worth noting that a similar accident occurred earlier in the Ohangaron district of the Tashkent region, where a Spark vehicle hit 22 sheep.

The impact caused a fire to break out in the car’s cabin, resulting in the vehicle being completely destroyed and all 22 sheep dying. Fortunately, the driver escaped unharmed.
