Kashkadarya authorities detain ten for disorderly conduct

Ten individuals have been detained in Kashkadarya region’s Chirakchi district for engaging in disorderly conduct and causing injuries to two brothers. The incident was reported by the regional Department of Internal Affairs.

The altercation occurred on February 14 at 7:30 PM at the “Sharjah” sports complex. A dispute among residents escalated, leading to physical violence. A previously convicted individual, Q.O., along with nine accomplices, assaulted brothers J.I. and J.A., causing injuries.

Following the incident, the Chiroqchi District Internal Affairs Department initiated a criminal case under Article 277, Part 2, Clauses “a” and “b” of the Criminal Code, which addresses group disorderly conduct. All ten participants were placed under procedural detention.

It is worth noting that a similar case occurred earlier in Fergana city, where a disagreement at the “Verona” computer gaming club led to an assault on an employee. Three suspects were detained, while administrative protocols were issued for three others involved.
