QALAMPIR.UZ editors received a video showing a school student being hit by a truck in Kashkadarya. To investigate the incident, we contacted the Regional Department of Internal Affairs.
Iroda Rasulova, head of the information service of Kashkadarya DIA, confirmed the occurrence.
The incident occurred on May 15 in the Kokdala district. A truck hit a second grader on their way to school, resulting in the student's immediate death.
A criminal case was initiated on May 15 under Article 266, Part 2 of the Criminal Code. An investigation is ongoing, and the driver has been detained.
Earlier, a pedestrian passed away in an accident in Tashkent.
