Flynas and Qeshm Air have temporarily halted flights to Uzbekistan due to the escalation of tensions in the Middle East and the closure of part of Iran’s airspace. This information was shared by Uzbekistan Airports.

The following flights were canceled today, October 2:

- Flynas flights KNE633/634 (Jeddah - Tashkent - Jeddah) and KNE651/652 (Jeddah - Namangan - Jeddah);
- Qeshm Air flight QSM2143/2142 (Tehran - Tashkent - Tehran).

Passengers are advised to contact the respective airlines for further details regarding these cancellations.

As a reminder, on the evening of October 1, Iran launched missiles toward Israel. Israel's army radio reported that approximately 200 rockets were fired from Iran. Later, Israeli military authorities allowed residents to leave their shelters. Israel vowed a "painful response" to Iran, with local media suggesting a significant military strike could occur across the Middle East during the night of October 2.

Additionally, on October 1, Uzbekistan Airways flight HY304 from Tel Aviv to Samarkand and Tashkent was delayed, while Kazakh airlines were advised to avoid flying through Iranian airspace.
