Is it true that the website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs was hacked?

There were reports on social networks suggesting that the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs had been hacked. The Ministry promptly responded to the situation.
As per the decision of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, No. 357 dated August 28, 2022, the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs is now connected to the unified platform of information resources of state bodies, established based on the Government portal. Since October 2023, the site has been operating in test mode accessible via the link www.gov.uz/iiv.
The statement from the Ministry clarifies: 'We would like to inform you that the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs accessible through the link www.iiv.uz has been suspended and archived. The information suggesting otherwise is untrue.'
