The U.S. State Department has announced that the application period for the 2024 Diversity Visa (Green Card) program will open on October 2 and run until November 5. During this time, individuals can submit their applications for a chance to participate in the program, which grants permanent residency in the United States.
This year, the U.S. government has allocated 55,000 visas for the program. The application window will be open from 9:00 PM on October 2 to 9:00 PM on November 5. While registration is free, selected candidates will be required to pay a visa fee when invited to an interview and before submitting their official visa application.
