Court fees for citizens are going to be reduced

It has been established that citizens pay a 50 percent State fee when applying to the courts for decisions, and actions (omissions) related to the provision of State services by State bodies and other organizations.  This was reported by the MP of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis (Parliament) Rasul Kusherboyev.

He noted that the current rate was set at 1-time basic calculation amount for natural citizens and 10 times BCA for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs.

In the event of the adoption of the draft, citizens will pay a fee of 150,000 soms, and legal entities will pay a fee of 1.5 million soms when applying to administrative courts.

“The project is under consideration by the MPs.  This is a small step towards justice”, - Kusherboyev says
