Fayzullayev wins the “Discovery of the Season” award in Russia

Abbosbek Fayzullayev, a player on Uzbekistan's national team who currently plays for CSKA Moscow in Russia, has been awarded the "Discovery of the Season" by the Russian Premier League, as reported by UzA.

Reports indicate that Abbosbek Fayzullayev received more votes than Bitello, a midfielder for Dynamo Moscow, and Nikita Saltikov, a forward for the Samara-based team Krilya Sovetov.

"I am very grateful to everyone who voted for me. It is a great honor to win this award. I want to thank all my teammates, coaches, and management for their support," said Fayzullayev.

This season, the 20-year-old CSKA midfielder has contributed significantly to the Russian Championship, recording 11 effective actions with 4 goals and 7 assists in 21 games.

It is worth noting that a Russian expert recently commented that Fayzullayev has achieved a level of skill comparable to players in Europe's top teams.
