Fayzullaev edges Khusanov to become Uzbekistan’s best footballer

Abbosbek Fayzullaev has been crowned Uzbekistan's Best Football Player of the Year, narrowly surpassing Abdukodir Khusanov by a single point in the voting process, according to the Uzbekistan Football Association (FA).

The CSKA player garnered 138 points, just ahead of “Lance” defender Khusanov, who accumulated 137 points. Goalkeeper Utkir Yusupov completed the top three with 29 points.

In the Best Coach category, Timur Kapadze claimed the top spot with 158 points, while Ruziqul Berdiev followed with 135 points. Mirjalol Qosimov secured third place with 79 points.
