Khusanov impresses Guardiola in Nottingham clash

Following Manchester City’s match against Nottingham in the 28th round of the English Premier League (EPL), head coach Pep Guardiola shared his thoughts during the post-match press conference.

“Today, we worked to limit the opponent's chances. They took advantage of a single opportunity easily. We performed well in defense. Khusanov played well. We don’t have other players, yet we still played well. Khusanov performed admirably on the field, and with Dias as well, our game was solid. We have 10 matches left—10 finals—to secure a Champions League spot. Now we prepare for the next match,” Guardiola said.

It is worth noting that Uzbek defender Abdukodir Khusanov started in the lineup against Nottingham and played the full 90 minutes. Despite his solid performance, Manchester City narrowly lost and missed out on valuable points.
