A person who illegally sold land in Ferghana was arrested

A person who illegally sold land in Ferghana was arrested.  The General Prosecutor's Office was informed about this.

It is noted that the citizen B.S. applied to the Department of Criminal Investigation of the Department of Internal Affairs of the region to fight against the looting of land resources.

After that, citizen Kh.N., according to a decision by the mayor of Fergana city, "Ilg'or" on 17 May 2021, sold 4.5 hectares of vacant land, which was given to "ZAMIN FRUITS AGROCLASTER" Limited Liability Company for the construction of a greenhouse specializing in floriculture, the hectares were illegally sold for 35,000 US dollars.

Kh.N. received 15,000 USD of the agreed amount and was caught with physical evidence while fraudulently taking the 15,000 US dollars from the author of the application.

In connection with this situation, a criminal case has been initiated against Kh.N. under Article 168, Part 3 "a" of the Criminal Code, and an investigation is underway.
