Earlier, a young man living in the Kushtepa district of the Fergana region brutally killed his neighbor and then burned his body. He was sentenced to 15 years in prison for this murder. This was reported by Hudud.
It turned out that the young man had previously quarreled with his deceased villager and received bodily injury, which is why the deceased was sentenced to imprisonment.
After the deceased villager told him that he was serving a sentence and received $150 for the punishment and other expenses, he became angry when he asked for 4.5 million soums to repay his loan. Therefore, he took him to a secluded place, stabbed him once in the chest, and deliberately killed him.
After that, he continued his criminal activities, bringing the young man's body to an unfinished apartment in the Sahibkor neighborhood of the Kushtepa district, loading it into a car and taking firewood with him. Then the young man took the body to a plot of land on the outskirts and burned it.
The Kushtepa District Court found the young man guilty of committing crimes under Part 1 of Article 97 (intentional murder) and Article 134 (desecration of a grave) of the Criminal Code and sentenced him to 15 years in prison.
We recall that earlier in the Denov district of the Surkhandarya region, a woman stabbed a 3-year-old girl she did not know to death for no reason.
