In Fergana, a citizen who had served time in prison for 20 years, killed a person

A citizen living in Kokan city of Fergana seriously injured a fellow citizen. The man died as a result of his injuries. This was reported in the "Zamon" informational program.
It is noted that Atatov, a resident of Kokan city, quarreled with the citizen Mirzayev, whom he met in the penal institution. Atatov, who had been in prison for 20 years, injured the man, Mirzayev, with a piece of iron.
After that, he wanted to treat Mirzayev himself and therefore kept him at home for 2 days. However, Mirzayev died due to a lack of timely medical assistance.
Atatov's actions were qualified by paragraph "d" of Part 3 of the Criminal Code and were considered in an open court session. He was sentenced to 8 years in prison.
