Fury does not come to Tashkent

British professional boxer Tyson Fury, the current World Boxing Union (WBC) champion in the super heavyweight category, will not be coming to Uzbekistan. This was announced at the official event within the framework of the 61st WBC Convention held in Tashkent.

According to sources, Fury won't be able to attend the Tashkent event due to his recent fight and participation in a press conference in England. In addition to Fury, American boxing legend Mike Tyson has also not yet arrived in Uzbekistan. The first event of the 61st Convention in Tashkent was attended by several boxing stars, including Evander Holyfield, Julio Cesar Chavez, Amirkhan, Konstantin Szew, Alexander Usyk, and other renowned boxing professionals.

WBC events in Tashkent will continue until November 17. On November 17, fights featuring professional boxers from Uzbekistan will take place at Humo Arena.
