Uzhydromet issues urgent weather warning

The Uzbekistan Hydrometeorology Service (Uzhydromet) has released the weather forecast for October 28.

Bukhara and Navoi regions will experience variable weather, with scattered rain in some areas. Winds will blow from the east at 7–12 m/s, occasionally reaching 13–18 m/s, and dust storms are possible in certain locations. Nighttime temperatures will be 8–13°C, and daytime temperatures 21–26°C.

Tashkent, Syrdarya, Jizzakh, and Samarkand regions will have variable conditions, with rain expected in some areas. Winds will shift from east to west at 7–12 m/s, reaching 13–18 m/s in some areas, with possible dust storms. Temperatures will range from 8–13°C at night to 18–23°C during the day.

In Kashkadarya, partly cloudy weather is expected, with rain possible in some areas. Winds will shift from east to west at 9–14 m/s. Temperatures will range from 10–15°C at night to 21–26°C during the day.

Surkhandarya will experience variable weather without significant rainfall. Winds will shift from east to west at 9–14 m/s. Night temperatures are expected to be 10–15°C, and daytime temperatures 21–26°C.

Andijan, Namangan, and Fergana regions will see variable conditions, with rain likely in some areas by evening. Winds will shift from east to west at 5–10 m/s. Nighttime temperatures will be 8–13°C, and daytime temperatures 21–26°C.

In the mountainous areas of the country, the weather will be variable, with rain possible in some locations, turning to snow at higher elevations. Winds will shift from east to west at 7–12 m/s, occasionally reaching 13–18 m/s. Night temperatures are expected at 5–10°C, with daytime highs of 13–18°C.
