Rustam Yusupov was appointed the head of the Tashkent City Improvement Department. This was stated in the decree signed yesterday, 17 April, by the mayor of the capital, Shavkat Umurzakov.
“Rustam Abdulakhatovich Yusupov should be appointed as the acting manager of the main improvement department of the Tashkent city hokimity,” said the mayor’s decision.
Prior to that, Yusupov worked as the first deputy head of the Tashkent City Improvement Department, as well as the acting head. He took the place of Anvar Umarov, who had worked in this position since November 2021.
