An honorary title will be introduced for environmentalists

The draft law « On establishment of the honorary title of “Honored Ecologist of the Republic of Uzbekistan » has been submitted for discussion.

The draft law consists of six articles.

The honorary title of "Honored Ecologist of the Republic of Uzbekistan" is awarded to highly qualified employees, inspectors, security guards, engineers and researchers of ecological and environmental protection and forestry bodies, industrial enterprises, business entities. and handed over to experienced specialists of educational institutions for the great services on the development of ecology and environmental protection, implementation of ecological control, development and implementation of ecologically clean and innovative technologies, organization of waste recycling, restoration and reproduction of flora and fauna, forests, and for  efforts on the organization and maintenance of protected areas and green areas, research in the field of ecology and environmental protection, as well as training, retraining and advanced training of personnel.

The breast badge will be in the form of the circle with the diameter of 30 mm and will be made of silver of 925 probe. The width of the badge is estimated to be 2.2 mm.
