A special book corner dedicated to Uzbekistan, titled the “Uzbek Books Collection Corner,” has been established at the central Hayden Library of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), the world’s top-ranked higher education institution. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan reported this.

The collection includes more than 120 academic, historical, and literary works, including publications by President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, books on the history of New Uzbekistan, the Jadid movement, the period of national awakening, as well as works highlighting the country’s rich cultural and spiritual heritage.

It is noted that this collection has become one of the largest compilations in the MIT Library dedicated to a foreign country.

For reference, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology is located in Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA, and was founded in 1861. It is considered one of the world’s most prestigious universities, particularly renowned for its leadership in engineering, technology, artificial intelligence, physics, mathematics, economics, and entrepreneurship. MIT is widely known for its contributions to scientific research, innovation, and startups, and its graduates and faculty include numerous Nobel Prize laureates.
