Uzbekistan's official exchange rate was increased

The Central Bank of Uzbekistan has updated the official exchange rates for foreign currencies against the Uzbek soum, effective November 1.
The dollar saw an increase of 5.75 soums, bringing its official rate to 12,780.09 soums.
The euro also rose by 40.74 soums, reaching 13,889.40 soums.
Meanwhile, the Russian ruble decreased by 0.50 soums, now standing at 131.67 soums.
