Uzbekistan’s dollar exchange rate reaches new peak

The Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan has announced the official exchange rates for foreign currencies against the Uzbek sum as of January 8.
According to the new rates, the value of the U.S. dollar rose by 17.99 sums, reaching 12,948.10 sums.
The euro also saw an increase, rising by 111.86 sums to 13,502.28 sums.
The Russian ruble gained 0.07 sums, bringing its rate to 121.01 sums.
