Renowned Russian boxer and WBA titleholder Dmitry Bivol is preparing with Samandar Jalolov of Uzbekistan for his upcoming bout. Jalolov confirmed this to QALAMPIR.UZ.
It has been revealed that the 33-year-old Bivol is using sparring sessions with Jalolov to prepare for his match against Malik Zinad of Libya. They have conducted four sparring sessions in Dubai, UAE, and three in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Samandar Jalolov, 19, is the current amateur boxing champion of Uzbekistan. Bivol, who has an unblemished record of 22 wins in professional boxing, is set to fight Malik Zinad on June 6 in Riyadh. The winner will claim the WBA and IBF titles.
