The Illegal export of 200,000 US dollars to Kyrgyzstan was prevented in the Namangan region. This was reported by the Press Service of the State Security Service.
At an event held by the Namangan Department of the State Security Service, a Cobalt car driven by a local citizen, born in 1991, driving along the “Namangan-Nanay” route in the territory of the Yangi-Kurgan district was stopped.
When the car was inspected with the participation of impartial people, it was found that there was 200 thousand US dollars in its interior, and it was registered according to the procedural order.
As it turned out, this citizen tried to illegally transfer this large amount of foreign currency to the Kyrgyz Republic in collusion with unknown persons from Kyrgyzstan, whose identity is currently being clarified.
Currently, a criminal case has been initiated against him under the relevant article of the Criminal Code.
