Practice of deputies spending half of their working time with voters is seen as a crucial step toward strengthening parliamentary democracy

In this regard, the "Adolat" Social Democratic Party (SDP) has proposed an initiative in their pre-election program to institutionalize this practice, ensuring that deputies allocate half of their working hours to directly engage with constituents.

This initiative holds significance for several reasons:
