The Anti-corruption Agency announced the transparency index of state bodies 

On 29 March, the Agency for Combating Corruption announced the openness index of state bodies and organizations.  The National Television and Radio Company of Uzbekistan, "Uzavtosanoat" JSC (Joint Stock company), "Uzbekistan Airports" JSC, and "Uzbekistan Airport" JSC were recorded with the worst results. 

This rating covers a total of 86 ministries, departments, and institutions, of which 21 are ministries, 14 are local state authorities, 32 are organizations with state participation, and 19 are committees and agencies. 

They were evaluated in the openness index based on 8 indicators consisting of 84 evaluation criteria, and performance indicators were divided into 3 categories. 

Those who scored from 71 to 100 points - "green"; 

Those with 55 to 71 points - "yellow"; 

Those with a score below 55 are included in the "red" categories. 

Red category, i.e. less than 55 points, state bodies with a low level of openness, in addition to those listed above, include "Yolkurilish" JSC, "Village building invest" limited liability company, "Uzmahsusmontajkurilish" JSC, "Uz'  There are state-owned enterprises such as Zdonmahsulot JSC, Uzsuvtaminot JSC, Uzbekistan Metallurgical Combine JSC, Hududgaztaminot JSC, Toshshahartranskhizmat JSC. 

Also, the Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Ministry of Defense are listed as closed ministries. 

In addition, banks such as "Aloqabank" JSC, "Poytaxtbank" JSC, "Turonbank" JSC, Andijan, Samarkand and Syrdarya regional governments, Youth Affairs, Cinematography and Neighborhood Work and Entrepreneurship Development Agencies, Family and Women- there a girls' committee, sanitary-epidemiological tranquility, and public health service. 

The Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Committee on Religious Affairs are at the bottom of the list of government bodies in the "yellow" category, with the level of openness assessed as medium.  Also, the Tashkent city administration is on the same level. 

Statistics Agency (89 points), Customs Committee (88 points), Tashkent region government (83 points), Khorezm region government (79 points), and "Navoi con- metallurgical combine" joint-stock company (79 points). 

For information, following the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PF-154, based on the decision of the Evaluation Commission, encourages the responsible employees of state bodies and organizations evaluated in the "green" category, to impose disciplinary punishment on those evaluated in the "red" category by the law.  It is planned to propose the application.
