The state will not become poor: Andijan allocates 1 billion sums for a projector

Governor of Andijan region Shukhrat Abdurakhmanov has allocated 1 billion sums from the regional budget for the purchase of a laser video projector for the New Andijan Assembly Hall. The decision was made on April 8.

According to the official resolution, the funds were allocated from the reserve fund of the regional budget for 2025 to the local budget of the Andijan district. The allocation is based on a request from the district governor dated April 7, and in accordance with Article 73 of the Budget Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as Articles 6 and 21-1 of the Law “On Local Government.”

The resolution reads: “From the reserve fund of the regional budget for 2025, taking into account the letter from the Andijan district governor dated April 7, 2025, the local budget of Andijan district shall allocate 1 billion sums for the purchase of laser video projector equipment for the New Andijan Assembly Hall.”

Governor Abdurakhmanov also instructed that the 2025 expenditure plan be adjusted accordingly by the regional Main Department of Economy and Finance.

Andijan district governor Boburbek Yuldashev has been tasked with ensuring the proper and efficient use of the allocated funds, as well as maintaining the projector on the balance sheet of the district government.

The responsibility for overseeing the implementation of the decision has been assigned to Dilshodbek Karimov, First Deputy Governor of Andijan region.
