Temperatures to drop over this weekend

The Center of Hydrometeorological Service (Uzhydromet) has released the weather forecast for October 25–26.

According to the report, warm and dry weather will persist across Uzbekistan today and throughout the weekend, with no precipitation expected. Only in the mountainous areas of the Tashkent region, short-term rain is likely in some places on October 25–26, possibly turning into snow in higher elevations.

On October 24, daytime temperatures will reach 25–30°C, and 21–26°C in the northern regions. Over the weekend, temperatures will gradually decrease — 23–28°C on October 25 and 21–26°C on October 26, while in the north, 19–24°C is expected on both days. Winds will blow from the east at 7–12 m/s.

In Tashkent city, the weather will be partly cloudy with no precipitation expected. Winds will blow from the east at 3–8 m/s. Daytime temperatures will reach 28–30°C today, 25–27°C on October 25, and 24–26°C on October 26. Nighttime temperatures will hover around 13–15°C.
