Russian MMA fighter Khamzat Chimaev, who triumphed over Australian Robert Whittaker in the first round at UFC 308 in Abu Dhabi, expressed gratitude to his Uzbek coach, Husan Majlimov, during the post-fight press conference.

"Husan always helps me during my training sessions in Dubai," Chimaev shared. "He's a great coach, and his students are achieving excellent results. One of his students recently won the UAE Warriors tournament. I'm grateful to Husan, and I have many friends in Uzbekistan who all deserve respect."

Chimaev, 30, remains undefeated in his professional MMA career with a record of 14 wins, five of which were early finishes.
