Newly built clinic burns down in Bukhara

Reports circulating on social media stated that a new clinic had caught fire in the Jondor district of the Bukhara region. The regional Emergency Situations Department has responded to the incident.

According to the department, on September 30 at 19:17, the Fire Department received a report about a fire in a three-story building located in Yangihayot village of the Shurobod rural municipality in the Jondor district. The building, which is currently not in operation, was quickly attended to by six fire and rescue crews that arrived at the scene at 19:20. The fire was contained by 19:30 and fully extinguished by 20:55.

The cause of the fire and the extent of the damage are currently being investigated. No injuries to citizens were reported as a result of the incident.

It is worth noting that earlier, a wooden house in Yuldash 11, Yangihayot district of Tashkent, also caught fire. No injuries were reported in that incident either.
