A 21-year-old Man Killed his Friend During a Football Match in Bukhara

In the Kogon district of Bukhara province, a fight that started during a football match tragically ended in death.  According to the press service of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Bukhara region, a 21-year-old man punched his 27-year-old friend in the face and kicked him, resulting in severe injuries that led to the victim's immediate death.

The incident took place on the 29th of May at 10:30 p.m., A.L., who was born in 2002 and resides in the "Sorghun" neighborhood of the Kogon district, was engaged in a friendly game at the mini-football field in the village of "Kulolon."  It was during this match that an argument erupted between A.L. and H.O., a neighbor born in 1996.  A.L. proceeded to physically assault H.O., repeatedly punching and kicking him.  The forensic medical examination confirmed that these attacks caused grave injuries.

Tragically, the injured individual, H.O., succumbed to his injuries on the spot.  In response to this distressing incident, the District Internal Affairs Department has initiated a criminal case against A.L. under Article 104, Part 3, Clause "d" of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.  Currently, preliminary investigations are underway to gather more information about the incident.
