The 3rd round of the 45th World Chess Olympiad, being held in Budapest, Hungary, is set to begin today.
In this round, the reigning champion, Uzbekistan's men's team, will face Croatia, while the women's team will compete against the host nation, Hungary.
So far, after two rounds, both Uzbekistan teams have maintained their winning streak.
The matches will start at 6:00 p.m. Tashkent time.
It is worth noting that in the second round, Uzbekistan’s men’s and women’s teams secured victories over Egypt and Angola, respectively.
