Gas will be turned off in 3 districts of Tashkent today

Today, 11 April, the natural gas supply will be temporarily suspended in some areas of Ukhtepa, Shaikhontohur and Yashnabad districts of the capital Tashkent due to repair work.  This was reported by the press service of “Hududgaz Poytakht” gas supply branch.

It is reported that it is planned to install a gas meter in the high-pressure gas pipeline located at the intersection of Beshkayragoch and TKAD streets of Uchtepa district.

Therefore, today, 11 April, from 09:00 a.m. to 18:00 p.m., gas supply will be temporarily suspended in these 3 districts.

Of these, Shaikhontohur district:

A total of 120 apartments in 10 apartment buildings located in the “Ming Terak” neighborhood;

72 apartments in the new residential complex;

30 households on Koksaroy Street and a total of 15 wholesale consumers in the district will be temporarily disconnected from natural gas.

Also, natural gas in 4,600 households in “Koksaroy”, “Orikzor”, “Zarafshon” neighborhoods of Uchtepa district and 60 apartments in 2 apartment buildings and 120 wholesale consumers in the area.  Supply will be temporarily suspended.

In addition, it is planned to eliminate the identified faults in the EGHU (Uzel) installed at the upper gas distribution point located on Ohangaron street of Yashnabad district.

As a result, today, 11 April, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., gas supply to the following natural gas consumers will be temporarily suspended.

Among them, the general population and wholesale consumers:

The 40th anniversary of Galabani’s victory in a total of 1,200 households in 30 multi-storey buildings located in the 3-4 district;

A total of 120 households and wholesale consumers in “Amir Temur” neighborhood, Ulugbek, Furqat, Cholpon streets.

“After the repair work is completed, the natural gas supply will be restored.  We apologize to consumers for the inconvenience,” the report said.
